PAYMENT: Payment must be sent within 48 hours of purchase if you do not have an agreed upon hold. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the design will be relisted for sale. It is your responsibility to tell me if you have sent the payment.

PAYMENT FAILURE: If you cannot, will not, or for any reason fail to meet the agreed upon price, you will be blacklisted. This is especially applicable for autobuys, autobids, and set price adopts. You will be restricted from buying my designs in the future.

VALUE: You may not resell the design for a higher price than what you originally paid unless additional value has been added, such as through the inclusion of new artwork or other enhancements.

CREDIT: Please credit me either by link to one of my social media's or my username the first time you post the design on any social media, Discord included.

DESIGN ADJUSTMENTS: Excessive changes that render the design unrecognizable as its original version are prohibited unless explicitly allowed for pre-2019 designs.

PERSONAL USAGE: You are free to use the design for personal use, provided it is not depicted in offensive, insensitive, illegal, or hateful content. The designs may not be used to promote political or religious agendas.

COMMERICAL USAGE: You may not mass-produce or distribute the design for profit. You may not use the design for profit outside of breedables. You do not own commercial rights to the design.

DIGITAL USAGE: Designs may not be submitted to AI generation tools, fed into AI systems, or converted into NFTs (non-fungible tokens).

REFUNDS: Refunds will not be issued.

BLOCKLST: If you have me blocked, or I have you blocked, you may not own my designs. You may not trasnfer my designs to someone who has me blocked.
